By creating an account or using Seekward, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using Seekward
Seekward helps you understand and improve how you focus. You must be 14 or older. If you are under 16, we ask for a parent or guardian's email address, and we encourage you to read these terms together.
Your account
Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.
Be kind
You may not use Seekward to harass, threaten, impersonate, or spam other people, to upload content you have no right to share, or to try to break or misuse the service (including attempting to guess other people's accounts or codes). We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. You can block anyone from the Friends screen, and you can report a problem by contacting us.
Friends and sharing
You choose which scores your friends can see. Your name, avatar and any photo you add may be shown to people you connect with or who find you, according to your privacy settings.
Not medical advice
Seekward shows patterns in your behaviour on your phone. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or screen for ADHD or any other condition. Results are early signals, not proof that something works. Talk to a qualified professional about any health concern.
Our service, as is
We work hard to keep Seekward running, but we provide it "as is" and "as available" and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change or be removed. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is zero for the free app.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, then Account, then Delete). Deletion is immediate. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a meaningful change we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use Seekward after a change means you accept it.
