Common questions

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email, then type the 6-digit code we send you and choose a new password. The code works for 15 minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

How do I export my data?

Open Profile, then Account, then Export Data. You can share it as JSON or CSV.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile, then Account, then Delete. You can delete only your focus data, or your whole account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

How do I block or report someone?

Open the person's profile from the Friends tab and choose block. To report behaviour that breaks our terms, email us with the person's name and what happened.

Who can see my scores?

Only friends, and only the scores you turn on in Profile, then Privacy and Sharing. Accounts under 18 start private.

The app says it cannot reach Seekward.

Check your connection and try again. If it keeps happening, email us.
